Our delivery time for custom made products is usually 6-8 working days, depending on the specifications and your location.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Although we do everything we can to pack your order safely, something can go wrong in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can provide a suitable solution.

The warranty on your Neon Sign depends on the placement. For indoor Neon Signs we offer a two-year warranty, because they are less exposed to external factors. Outdoor Neon Signs have a one-year warranty, because they are exposed to the elements. This way we ensure that you always have suitable coverage.
